The hotel staff were generous and accommodating during our stay. We enjoyed the free and delicious breakfast offered. The hotel's location near Country Club Plaza was convenient for shopping and accessing restaurants and bus stops to downtown.

Romantic rooms, large bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms are modern and have a nice view of the plaza, the air conditioning works great, and the bed is very comfortable.

Pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. Room was cold all night despite turning up the thermostat. Staff was somewhat rude.

The staff were all wonderful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel so welcome. Our room was very nice and clean also.

It was such a small thing, but I ordered two glasses of wine at the lobby bar to bring to our room. First I had to go get my husband to get his wine because there was a sorority/fraternity event, meaning there were a lot of minors in the building. I understand, but we were just inconvenienced. Then, my tab for two glasses of wine cost 34 dollars, about the same price for the bottle of champagne we had purchased earlier that night. When questioned about the price, the bartender replied "oh I only have the good stuff, I should have told you." The wine really was good, but not good enough that I still didn't feel kind of tricked.

The breakfast here is awesome! 😋 Plus, it's in a great spot - so close to all the fun things to do around town and other cool areas.

Updated room and excellent and very good breakfast to start the day. Great and decent location, walking distance to a museum and a theater. Nestled within walking distance to coffee house and pubs.

The room had a modern feel and had a super comfy bed. the shower was also top-notch! 🚿

Great location, just a short walk to many activities, Country Club Plaza, and the Museum. Courteous staff who served us in a timely manner. Conveniently located near restaurants like Moti Mahal, within walking distance from the hotel.

The continental breakfast options were excellent. The location near the Museum, Plaza, and Westport was marvelous. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great. Quick and easy check-in process. Country Club Plaza is a shopper's delight. Convenient access to an art museum.

The hotel was perfectly clean. The staff was so very friendly. I had a great view of the Country Club Plaza.
